Four people per class. A coach watching every rep. A doctor on site. One daily workout, adjusted on the spot for the body you have now, not the one you had at 25.

You've been here before
The last gym didn't fail you. It just wasn't built for you.
You walked in with good intentions and a new pair of shoes. Nobody showed you anything. The class was loud, fast, and built for people half your age, and everyone else seemed to already know what they were doing.
Three weeks in, something started talking. A shoulder. A knee. The low back that's been fine for ten years as long as you don't push it. So you did what any reasonable adult does. You backed off. Then you stopped. Then you told yourself you'd get back to it after the holidays.
Here's the thing. That wasn't a willpower problem. It was a programming problem. Nobody adjusted the plan to your body, and your body noticed before you did.
What's actually different
Three things most gyms can't say.
We don't run forty people through a room and call it a class. We actually coach. Here's what that looks like on a Tuesday at noon.
1
Four people. One coach.
Every class is capped at four, so the coach sees every rep you take. If your form slips, you hear about it before the set ends, not after your back is sore the next morning.
Max 4 per class
Coach on the floor every session
Loads adjusted in real time
2
One workout. Adjusted for you.
Everyone trains the same daily program, and the coach changes it as needed while you're on the floor. Cranky shoulder today? The press gets swapped. Knee's not having it? The squat gets scaled. The plan is the same. The reps you do are yours.
Same program, tweaked per person
Your loads and history in the app
Swaps made mid-session, not next month
3
A doctor, not a shrug.
The gym shares a building with Movement Cube Chiropractic + Rehab, and your trainer and Dr. Golbek talk. When a joint starts complaining, you don't get told to rest it for six weeks. The trainer flags it, the doctor weighs in, the workout gets adjusted, and if it needs more than that, you walk across the hall to the clinic side.
Trainer and doctor in touch
Doctor on site, clinic across the hall
Adjusted, not benched
What it's for
Carrying the groceries in one trip. Getting up off the floor without a hand. Lifting a grandkid, a kayak, a bag of feed. Strength that holds at 55, 65, and 75 because you built it on purpose instead of hoping it would stick around.
Who's coaching
Run by the guy who fixes gym injuries.
Dr. Dwayne Golbek is a chiropractor and Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. He's spent years treating the shoulders, knees, and low backs of people who tried to get back in shape after 40 and got hurt doing it. Most of those injuries weren't bad luck. They were bad programming, and nobody watching.
So he built the gym he wished those patients had been training in. Four to a class. A coach who knows what a joint looks like right before it gets hurt, and swaps the movement before it does. Loads that go up when your body is ready, not when the calendar says so.
If you were his brother, this is where he'd send you. Dealing with pain first? Start on the clinic side at Movement Cube Chiropractic + Rehab.
Side by side
The big-box class vs. a coached class.
The gym you quit
20 to 40 people. The instructor can't see you.
Same workout for everyone, built for the youngest person in the room.
Form corrected after you're already sore. Or never.
Something hurts, so you "rest it," and six weeks later you've lost the habit.
Nobody notices when you stop showing up.
Movement Cube
Four people. The coach is watching every set.
One daily workout, adjusted for you on the spot by someone who's watching.
Form fixed mid-set, before it costs you anything.
Something hurts, your trainer and the doctor talk, the workout adjusts, and the clinic is across the hall if you need it.
You miss a week, your coach texts you.
How it works
Getting started is three steps.
1
Call and book
Call or text (918) 416-7238 and book your initial movement screen and workout. That's the whole first step. No discovery call, no sales pitch, no form to fill out first.
One call to book
First visit is a real workout
2
Movement screen + workout
Your first visit is a movement screen followed by a coached workout. We see how you squat, hinge, press, and carry, and what your body is dealing with, so your coach already knows what to scale, swap, or watch before class one.
Screen, then train the same day
Starting loads set for you
3
Train three times a week
Pick the three class times that fit your week. Show up, and a coach takes it from there. Same workout as the room, tweaked for you as you go. The loads go up when you're ready. The record goes in the app.
Book from your phone
Same times every week
Schedule and membership

If you're tired of starting over every January, you're ready for a coach.
Call or text to book your initial movement screen and workout. You'll see how you move, you'll get a coached session the same day, and you'll know by the end of it whether this is your gym.
